Sales were up at Brickell City Centre’s retail shops during the first half of the year, developer Swire Properties reported last week.
Retail sales growth at the mall for the six months that ended June 30 2019 was 37.8%.
Occupancy in the mall as of June 30 was 90%, compared to 89% on December 31, 2018.
Swire previously reported that retail sales growth during the year that ended in December 2018 was even faster at 153.4%, although many stores hadn’t yet opened in the prior year.
A total of 11 condo units were sold at the Reach and Rise residential tower during the last quarter. At Reach, 364 of 390 units have now been sold, compared to 363 in the prior quarter. At Rise, 280 of 390 units were sold, compared to 270 at the end of the prior quarter.
